Fund description

The Fund provides loans to forestry projects in developing countries and strives to gain an annual revenue of 4% (including 2,4% fiscal benefits) for its investors.

The Fund is intended for investors wishing to invest in special forestry projects with a large added value for nature and for the local population.

The minimum investment for participants is € 5,000.

The Fund invests in the Cochabamba and Madidi projects, which revolve around reforestation by small farmers in Bolivia and in the Dorma project in Ghana.

Investment policy

The Fund provides loans to ministry of VROM certified 'green' projects involving reforestation in developing countries. The projects use these loans for the growing and planting of the young trees.

In addition to financial revenues, the Fund's projects also provide an important added value for nature preservation and for the local population.

Fiscal benefit

The Sicirec Green Projects Fund is a fiscally certified green investment institution. This means that you, as a private investor, receive an annual fiscal benefit of 2.4% on your participation!

The Fund strives to gain an annual revenue of 1.6%. This means that the target revenue for the private investor, including the fiscal benefit, amounts to a total of 4.0% per year.

All green projects in the Fund are carefully selected. However, participants in the Fund take a financial risk.

It is possible that your investment in the Fund will provide little or even no additional income, or that you may, in the worst case, lose (part of) your investment.
